1.
Tape Misty White Shrinkable Plastic on top of the Cross
pattern.
Trace with the pencil and cut out. Punch the hole where indicated at the top of the Cross pattern

2.
Place the Cross piece into the oven and bake to shrink according to package directions. Have the two stamps ready when the piece is done shrinking. When the piece has been completely shrunk, remove from the oven and place on the patterned side of one of the stamps….place the other stamp on top and press VERY firmly. Hold pressure on the piece for at least 30 seconds. Remove the top stamp to reveal the impressed Cross shape and allow 1 more minute to cool. |

3. Use the copper paint pen to color the entire surface of the cross on both sides. It is helpful to do one side, allow it to dry and then do the other side. Don’t forget to color the edges too.
Allow to dry completely. |

4. Print the
Prayer circle on the sheet of Ink Jet plastic. Cut out leaving ¼” around the printed line. Bake to shrink according to package directions. Remove the piece from the oven, making sure the piece remains flat and allow it to cool. |

5. Place the shrunk Prayer circle on a sturdy piece of paper or cardboard. Cover the printed area with a thin layer of embossing powder and place it back into the hot oven. Allow the embossing powder to melt completely. Remove from the oven and allow the piece to cool completely. Use the Copper Paint Pen to color the edges of the circle. Tip: Due to the small size of the circle, its helpful to color one side of the edge, allow it to dry and then color the remaining edge. |

6. Glue the Prayer circle to the center portion of the Cross as pictured. |

7. Insert the jump ring through the hole at the top of the Cross, and then to the bookmark. |
Helpful Tip: The patterns are sized so that you can fit multiple images on the Misty White sheet (Cross Pattern) and the Ink Jet sheet (Prayer Pattern). Krylon also makes a Gold or Silver Paint Pen that works just as well, if you don’t like copper.
